Delete your Hóa Đơn Thông Minh account

In the app on Android or iOS, open Account, choose Delete account, then type the confirmation phrase “Delete Account”.

If you no longer have the app installed, or your account is locked, please write to supports@toantamltd.com with the phone number or email you sign in with; an operator deletes the account on that request.

Your data.

One anonymous record that a deletion happened. It contains none of your personal data.

Database backups on Google Cloud keep deleted data for up to 7 more days, and server logs for up to 30 more days, before they are deleted automatically. If a backup ever has to be restored, deleted accounts are deleted again.

As soon as you confirm in the app, or when an operator handles your written request. There is no waiting period and no undo.

Deleting the account does not cancel a plan you bought. Please cancel it in the subscription settings of Google Play or the App Store.
