Passwords and security
HDTM uses the password only to sign in to the Cổng Hóa đơn điện tử and download that company’s invoices. It encrypts the password in storage, never writes it to system logs and deletes it as soon as you stop following the company.
No. HDTM does not belong to the tax authority or any government body. It retrieves invoices from the Cổng Hóa đơn điện tử with your own portal account.
Invoices and data
An input invoice is an invoice a company receives when it buys goods or services. An output invoice is one it issues when it sells goods or services. HDTM calls these purchase and sales invoices and downloads both from the Cổng Hóa đơn điện tử.
In Invoices, search by invoice number or the partner’s name or tax code (MST). You can also filter purchase or sales invoices by period, partner and status. Search results include only invoices already synced to HDTM.
You can download invoices for the last 12 months up to today. After you connect a company, the app suggests downloading its first invoices. For later syncs, you choose the date range you need.
HDTM does not prepare or file tax returns or issue invoices. The VAT summary provides figures calculated from invoices for reference and reconciliation. These figures do not replace a tax return.
Plans
Subscribe in the HDTM app on Android through Google Play or on iOS through the App Store. The price is shown before you confirm payment. The plan renews automatically until you cancel it in the subscription settings of Google Play or the App Store.
Account
Deleting your HDTM account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You need to cancel it separately in the subscription settings of Google Play or the App Store.
