How to download e-invoices with HDTM

Open the app and sign in with your Google account or phone number. On an iPhone, you can also sign in with Apple.

Choose Add company, then enter the tax code (MST) and Cổng Hóa đơn điện tử password of the company you want to follow.

After you connect a company, the app suggests downloading its first invoices. Choose a date range within the last 12 months. The company card shows progress, synced dates and missing date ranges.

Paid and Pro support daily automatic sync at the time set for each company. On every plan, you can also request a sync yourself. Each sync covering up to 30 consecutive days uses one credit; longer date ranges are split into several syncs.

In Invoices, filter purchase or sales invoices by period, partner and status. The “To check” list groups invoices that may need a review, such as those missing an original XML file or with totals that do not match.

Export to Excel using the available templates, download original XML files or view the VAT summary to reconcile figures. The VAT summary is for reference only and does not replace a tax return.

In Account, choose Delete account and enter the confirmation phrase as instructed. Your account and all its data will be deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.
